Today was supposed to be the big grill out but it ended up being too gloomy and cold to do anything. When I woke up this morning, I was shivering. Even Lucy, who never sleeps with me during the summer, was cold and on my bed. This summer really hasn’t felt like summer – especially in the temperature department.
Since the weather was crappy, some people decided not to come. The only ones that came were Brandon, Matty, and Emily (Paige’s girlfriend) were the only ones that came. We didn’t grill out. Instead, we got Chinese and sat around, watching movies. It was a nice day. And, I didn’t even get online until everyone had left. See how good I can be? 
We really had a good time and it was nice to just hang out. I was still in bed when Brandon and Matty showed up, and Brandon came in to chat with me. He left poor Matty out in the living room with Taylor. Poor guy! lol I think she may have scarred him!
Brandon left to spend the weekend with Jenna and their parents, leaving poor Matty all alone. I told him he could come over whenever he wanted this weekend and hang out. I’m not sure if he will or not. He’s kind of shy and I don’t think he feels comfortable coming over here without Brandon. I’ve known Brandon for several years but I’ve just met Matty and I think he’s still feeling me out. I mean, he talks my leg off but I’m still not sure if he’ll come over. We shall see. I just don’t want the poor guy to spend the entire weekend by himself.
Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit warmer and nicer.
